Brookvent is a dynamic and ambitious Northern Ireland manufacturing company, specialising in window ventilation and mechanical ventilation products primarily suited to the residential construction sector.
It is a very exciting time within the company as we prepare to launch a new range of uPVC window ventilation products to complement our well established aluminium range.
The Role
- Business to business sales in the UK and Ireland construction industry relating to the company’s Window Ventilation range.
- Establishing and building strong relationships with window manufacturers, distributors and specifiers throughout the UK.
- Managing and developing the existing customer network in the UK and Ireland.
- Developing new opportunities and routes to market. Warm and cold sales lead development.
- Preparing quotations based on project specifications and customer need (Full training given).
- Presenting product seminars to architects, consultants and clients.
- Undertaking focused self-driven learning on all aspects of the market and legislation.
The Person
3rd Level Education (Any Discipline).
Previous B2B sales experience a must.
Experience in/ knowledge of the construction industry desirable, particularly the window and glazing sector.
Strong attention to detail.
Willingness to learn and ability to take initiative (Self Starter).
Excellent people skills.
Target driven.
Fully conversant with MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook).
Full UK drivers license and access to own vehicle.
Remuneration
Basic salary circa £25k per annum depending on experience.
Competitive bonus structure.
Company smartphone and laptop will be made available as part of the role.
30 days annual leave including stats (pro-rata).
Pension match up to 3% of salary.
37.5hrs per week. 8.30-5 Mon to Thur, 8.30 – 2.30 Fri.
Based in Dunmurry, Lisburn, travel to mainland GB as required (typically 2/3 times per month).
