The scheme, consisting of 47 homes, is located adjacent to the beautiful Powerscourt demesne with a stunning aspect to the South towards the Sugar Loaf. Brookvent were contracted to design and supply the Heat Recovery Ventilation system in all 47 homes. The system of choice was the aircycle 3.1 Digital, which boasts an efficiency up to 93% and a digital control offering enhanced controllability allowing for accurate, bespoke commissioning for each property, while giving the end user the flexibility to adjust settings based on their individual needs, within set parameters. The Brookvent airduct semi-rigid range was the duct system of choice, allowing for extra flexibility in the design co-ordination process, delivering significant time savings on first fix install all while ensuring a professional airtight seal.
